Primarily in Asset Management but played a vital role in Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Capital Markets. Completed over $200 million in renovations and has managed over 30 investments with a market value north of $1 billion. Started hospitality career with Marriott International where he spent 7 years in Finance and Internal Audit in the United States and in Europe.

MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. IESE is consistently ranked in the top 10 of all MBA programs worldwide.

B.S. in Finance from University of South Carolina, USA. Minor in Hospitality Management.

JULIEN COLOMB LLORT / Co-Founder and Non Executive Director

Spent the last decade with an Australian Investment Bank as a Director of Sales Trading between London and New York.

Previous experiences working on trading floors for different investment banks in the UK from Brown Brothers Harriman to Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking gaining strong exposure to FX / Rate structured products in financing risk advisory.

Dual citizenship French & Spanish with international hedging and investment experiences dealing with investors varying from Private Equity, Government, Family office and Blue Chip companies in EMEA but also South America.

BBA in Finance from Ecole de Commerce Européenne of Lyon, France (INSEEC Business School).

DAVID GASTON / Partner, Capital Markets

David Gaston received his BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 2005. David has over 15 years of commercial real estate industry experience in brokerage, consulting, and project management sectors at Resort Capital Partners, Colliers, and CBRE. David has been involved in over $300 million of asset sale and equity capital placement transactions in the hospitality and private club sector. His specialty niche background has enabled him to work on a wide variety of unique real estate opportunities and helped build a vast network of family office, HNW, private equity investors and lenders throughout the United States and abroad. He has also worked with Fortune 500 companies including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and PepsiCo.

He resides in Charleston, SC and enjoys running, golfing and spending time with his wife Louise and daughter Penelope.
